all the information you & your family will need to know for the 2010 season. If you have

The safety & protection of our young Cubs is the first priority of Yagoona F.C. All Coaches & Managers must complete this form which will be submitted to the BDAFA with their registrations. Failure to complete this form will mean you will not be registered for the 2010 season.

In addition to Coaches & Managers completing this form, all Club Officials and those who are working with children must complete & submit this form prior to the commencement of the 2010 season.
